Future Venues
Twin Oaks Mansion
The Mansion at Twin Oaks is a historic estate home offering a timeless, elegant backdrop for ceremonies and receptions. Anchored by white columns, manicured landscaping, and a classic Southern architectural profile, the Mansion serves as an independent venue capable of hosting up to 200 guests.
Wedding parties benefit from multiple entertainment rooms, a grand staircase, expansive porches, and private gardens ideal for photography.
With its own parking, restrooms, and grounds, the Mansion can operate entirely independently from other venues on the estate.
Lakeside Ceremony
The lakeside ceremony area is positioned to become one of the most iconic locations on the property. Planned developments include:
A handcrafted ceremony dock extending over the water
Tiered amphitheater seating built into the natural slope
Stone pathways and landscape lighting
Water-facing views ideal for sunset ceremonies
This venue will support weddings, vow renewals, concerts, storytelling nights, and seasonal festivals.
Glass Greenhouse
The planned 250-guest luxury glass greenhouse will offer a climate-controlled, botanical-inspired event experience.
Featuring modern steel-and-glass construction, climate stabilization, internal lighting rigs, and integrated botanical beds, the greenhouse is designed for weddings, garden dinners, micro-retreats, styled shoots, and seasonal markets.
It will significantly enhance Meriwether Manor’s competitive advantage by providing a premium year-round indoor venue with an elegant aesthetic unique to the region
Parking
Meriwether Manor’s venue sites have independent and shared parking areas designed to support dual weddings without cross-flow. Utilities, lighting, road improvements, and drainage have been planned to support heavy event activity. The newly paved 14 ft wide, ½ mile access road improves guest experience and vendor access, enhancing safety and operational efficiency.
